It’s normally not a favour given by online stores to return products. But sometimes customers change their mind or need to return item for a special cause. We are happy to say that we offer return as a part of our policy.
We have a 30 nature day return policy.
Which means our customer have 30 nature days to request a return after receiving item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unpacked or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Who Is Responsible for Return product?
Amassluck will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damaged, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unpacked or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility of Refunds:
- For fully refund, Apply within 24 hours after order placement.
- If order delivered and unpacked and customer has change of mind, customer can still get partial refund unless the item is unpacked and in its original condition. There will be only shipping charges + tax deduction (if any) and remaining will be refunded once the package sent back to our warehouse.
- Customer will get refund to same payment gateway from where they have paid. Normal refund time is 1-16 business days after package returned back to our warehouse but it may varies according to payment gateway customer used.
- If order has been placed and we ship the order, then we will not refund 100%. But partial refund is still possible for our customer’s favour under shop policies.
- For damaging or not receiving pre-described item, we will ask customer to give proof and we will investigate it. After that we will be able to resend the item again but refund is conditional on that scenario.
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues if the item is delivered according to correct descriptions. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We are doing our best to ensure products quality and orders accuracy. However, it may happen sometimes that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual in our cases! But, if it is the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items according to our shop policies.
