Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 working days. Orders not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Method & Courier

We ship our products by registered air mail and expedited shipping. For registered air mail, we use several couriers such as The United States Postal Service (USPS), Hong Kong Post, and China Post. For expedited shipping, we use DHL and EMS.

For registered air mail to some US, the tracking number we provide is a domestic tracking number of your local courier. It will be valid for search in the tracking link after your package has arrived at your country which usually takes about 5-10 working days.

You could trace your package by clicking into the courier’s link with the tracking number provided to you.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.



We only allow order modification before the product is produced. If the product is already in production and cannot be changed, if it has to be changed, you will be charged a $9 depreciation fee.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.

Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by AMASSLUCK .COM to you.


AMASSLUCK .com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. But for special cases, we can set a ship unless customer contact us the scenario.

NOTE: We mostly ship via express couriers so mostly customs and other tax charges are included in it but sometimes due to place/item weight/item specifications etc. Any custom charges or tax charges will be applicable to buyer.
